Robyn Ryan Absolutely love this show! The banter between Sam and Gene is priceless! Not exactly sure what went wrong with 'Ashes to Ashes'. Still watch it though.

Scott Yandell Life on mars has been a really great show, whether it was the UK or the US one. In sum they were both good. What erks me about the US one is that they could have kept it going (and i still think it is possible) that the ending really really SUCKED.

I was a cop in the UK in the 70's, I am not sure if people who were not cops realise how good this show is. Gene Hunt had to have been modelled on a DCI on our nick! They must have interviewed everyone I worked with to get the atmosphere and the banter between the characters bsolutely perfect. I watched this series ear...lier in the year on BBC Iplayer as I live overseas. Watched them all back to back, absolutely brilliant.více
