Gemeinsa...m mit Gast-DJ Activa setzt sich der Berliner DJ für die Initiative dance4life ein.
Die diesjährige Winter VANDIT Night am 19. Dezember ist eine ganz Besondere:
Gastgeber und dance4life Botschafter Paul van Dyk ruft zur Unterstützung der Initiative gegen HIV und AIDS auf und möchte zusammen mit Gast-DJ Activa junge Menschen inspirieren, mobilisieren und vereinen, um sich gegen die Verbreitung des Virus einzusetzen.
Mit dem Kauf eines Tickets für die VANDIT Night am 19. Dezember könnt ihr die Initiative aktiv unterstützen, denn 1,- EUR vom Eintrittspreis geht an dance4life.
Tanzt mit uns all night long und freut euch auf ein besonders langes Set von Paul van Dyk. Neben seinen aktuellen Releases „Home“ und „We Are One“, wird er natürlich das Beste, was elektronische Musik zu bieten hat, durch die Boxen jagen.
Multitalent Rob Stevenson, besser bekannt als Activa, ist einer der vielseitigsten Produzenten der Trance Szene. Er hat sich nicht nur unter seinem Pseudonym Activa einen Namen gemacht, sondern auch als Solar Movement, Mekk, Substate oder Force One, um nur ein paar Beispiele zu nennen. Wir dürfen uns also auf ein abwechslungsreiches Set und die neusten Tracks aus seinem aktuellen Album „This World“, freuen.
Aber wie immer erwarten uns nicht nur zwei erstklassige DJs, sondern auch ein – extra für die Winter VANDIT Night – komplett umgestaltetes Kesselhaus. Lasst Euch auch dieses Jahr vom neuen Make-Over überraschen und von feinster Sound- und Lichttechnik beeindrucken. Das Maschinenhaus nebenan wird nicht nur als Eingang fungieren, sondern auch als Chill-Out Zone, die viel Platz zum Relaxen bietet.

PAUL VAN DYK ANNOUNCES NEW YEAR'S EVE PERFORMANCE AT LANDMARK ROSELAND BALLROOM IN NYC

Following his massive New York City concert at Rumsey Playfield in Central Park which CNN.com (9/1/09) described as “…a perfect show,” PAUL VAN DYK has announced his return to New York City to ring in the New Year. Teaming up with Made Event, the electronic music performer and producer extraordinaire will headline a special December 31 show at the Roseland Ballroom in Times Square. Limited reduced tickets are on sale now through www.madeevent.com.
Prior to the New Year's Eve extravaganza, the iconic artist will also pass through the U.S. on a select run of live engagements in late November, visiting Washington D.C. and Miami, plus Denver and Tampa—two cities he hadn’t appeared in since before the June release of VOLUME, his ‘best of’ collection celebrating his 15-year career.
In other PvD news, the Grammy-nominated artist recently unveiled, via AOL’s “Video Of The Day,” a new video for the single “Home,” which appears on VOLUME and is now ranking at the top #1 spot on the U.K. Club Charts. Directed by Dennis White (aka Static Revenger), the piece features van Dyk in the place he is most at home—onstage performing for thousands of adoring fans. Also featured in the video is the song's vocalist Johnny McDaid of Vega 4 who, along with Paul van Dyk, is creatively edited into frames of Polaroid snapshots.

Nearly four years ago, a chance encounter brought future dance music masterminds Domenick Filopei and Bo Pericic together. Since that fateful day, the duo have rocked clubs and lit up dance charts around the world. Their breakthrough into the global trance scene came when Armin Van Buuren, the worlds reigning number o...ne DJ, signed the pair’s “Elevation” to his State of Trance record label. Since then, they have rallied support from many of the major players in the industry. Four years later, Filo and Peri continue to roll out epic records and ambitious tracks that reflect their aptitude for making quality hybrid trance. In fact, many consider F&P’s work to be some of the best dance music to emerge from the United States.
