Mini vanilla cupcakes (half plain and half with a gooey belgian chocolate centre) covered with either chocolate and hazelnut ganache or pale blue vanilla butter icing and topped with handmade fondant accents.
The topcake is a fondant covered double layer vanilla sponge sandwiched together with chocolate and hazelnut ganache and a rich dark chocolate butter icing.
The Fat fairy needs your ideas... When you think of british dessert and/or sweet flavours, what comes to mind? (eg) Rose & violet, spotted dick, apple pie/crumble, victoria sponge, treacle sponge, sticky toffee pudding..... what else? Thank you in advance xxx
