TuneCore What do you think is the most valuable aspect of festivals like CMJ? Is it the opportunity to network with established and budding entrepreneurs? Is it the chance for new bands to generate some buzz and make new fans? Is it the chance to peek at the emerging technologies that could change the industry as we know it? Or, do you not see any real value in these types of festivals?

i just want to make enough money to be able to make my next project each time. and that business model works for me.

i would not cheapen my music by putting it in an advert, but if i was asked to write a piece of music for an advert that would be different, i would give them a piece of shit for them to sell there crap products with.

But my babies are not for sale, that's not why i do music. we need to eat but we don't need swimming pools people....!

Trending reports cost more than I'm earning right now. I have a trickle of sales. A percentage of sales might make sense. Or better, treat musicians (TuneCore's customers) with some respect and provide us with our sales figures quickly and without charge.
