With Facebook Posted Items, you can share anything on the internet by posting it to your Profile. You can post websites, blogs, videos and songs, as well as content on Facebook, like Profiles, photos, notes, groups and events. The Posted Items application page displays content your friends have recently posted, as well as links to your own posted items.
