Mark Vassmer Four of my family arrived tired from Illinois and Wisconsin and needed some good ice cream. Your store on Montana Ave. in El Paso TX just closed on Friday night 11/6/09 at 10 PM. I want to personally thank the two girls that unlocked the doors, cheerfully served us tired travelers. They needed to clean and remop after us. Prize employees!

I've been a BR fan now for 31+ years - P-Nut Butter and Chocolate and Chocolate Chip are to die for. While the quality of the ice cream has remained consistent, the quality of service has grossly deteriorated over the years. The BR store where I shop has gotten real bad. The kids in there are OBVIOUSLY unhappy that ...they are there and their misery is evident to everyone who comes in the store. I got a Birthday coupon this year on 10/26 and didn't bother to go get my free scoop.
