First time I ever bothered to vote in my life...based on the fact that the Congestion charge was going to be banned by around now...makes me wonder yet again what the point is in voting... Costs me £2,000 (and then also the fines on top!!) to take my boys safely to school...?? I don't know all the details about how successful the western extension has/hasn't been on reducing congestion, but I'm disappointed the re-commitment isn't being combined with alternative plans to reduce congestion in west London. I live in central London with the eastern zone and I have a feeling the decision is more political than sensible and ...
