Long recognized as a leading learning organization, Ernst & Young continues that tradition with EYU – our global approach for ensuring that all people at Ernst & Young get the right learning, experiences and coaching they need to help them succeed and achieve their potential.
EYU combines learning, experiences and coaching – the three essentials to personal and professional development – like this:
- You are exposed to knowledge through formal learning programs
- You then apply your knowledge in a variety of relevant, on-the-job experiences
- You receive valuable coaching from more experienced professionals, helping you transform your learning and experiences into practice

Corporate Responsibility

Through the Ernst & Young Center of Development, Ernst & Young volunteers from our Bogota, Colombia office are building the skills of entrepreneurs whose businesses have high growth potential. Juan, a Marketing Manager, explains, “With the help of Endeavor Colombia we’ve selected a group of companies that can use the contents and learning of the program to expand their businesses, contributing to economic development and employment in our country.” The program runs for ten months and covers topics such as tax planning, strategic planning, internal control, process improvement, quality assurance, information technology and marketing and communications.

Inclusiveness
For the second year in a row, EY sponsored PINK Magazine’s Top Women list. As part of Ernst & Young’s ongoing efforts to advance women at all levels of corporate America, we have allowed PINK to share the incredible stories of these women with career-focused readers nationwide. “We’re proud to join with PINK to honor these outstanding leaders. These Top 15 women have not taken the easy path. They serve as role models for all business leaders who want to reach back and help others achieve their potential” said Billie, Americas Inclusiveness Director.
