Jeff Koehler, from Barcelona, will be here for a book signing to feature his latest book, Rice Pasta Couscous: The Heart of the Mediterranean Kitchen, on Friday Nov. 6th. We will be demonstrating and serving a meal out of his latest cookbook.
His first book, La Paella: Deliciously Authentic Rice Dishes from Spain’s Mediterranean Coast, was inspired, he says, by the Spanish family tradition of gathering on the weekend to enjoy the food and each other.
Jeff has written mostly about food and travel for many magazines and newspapers, including Gourmet, Saveur, Food and Wine, Eating Well, the Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, Atlantic Monthly, Christian Science Monitor, Tin House, and Dwell.
