Ten years ago the United Nations penned a mandate to eradicate drugs worldwide.
This year the United Nations will meet again in order to discuss the efficiency of their strategy and decide upon protocol furthering the War on Drugs in the coming decade.
On march the 18th the cannabis college plus two guest speakers will revisit ten years of UN policy making. Mikki Norris and Chris Conrad as UN attendees, have offered to share their perspectives regarding current and past legislation.
The second topic that will be discussed is the changing politics of cannabis in the US and California.
Audience members will be encouraged to address specific questions during the Q&A session following the presentation.
