Triathlons are growing in popularity in the UK, and the Mazda London Triathlon is the largest in the world. 13,000 participants swim, cycle and run along a course that takes in the world-famous sights of London's Docklands.

Crimestoppers has a small number of places for the 2009 event, and are looking for keen athletes to take part in the challenge whilst raising valuable funds to help solve crimes.
The number of different categories mean that both experienced athletes and absolute beginners can take part. Fifty percent of entrants have never competed in triathlon before, and a huge number of participants of all levels choose to raise money for charity while taking part.

Whether you're looking to do the whole challenge as an individual, or if you'd like to form a relay team with three friends or colleagues, why not help support the independent charity dedicated to solving crimes and keeping communities safer?
