Tim Dixon If I hear one more person say... Toyota is built in the USA, I'll puke! They might be built here but use your head, if their headquarters is in Japan then where do you think that corporations profits are spent? Hint... not in America geniuses...

Scott Groel

When the 2008 Holden Coupe 60 appeared, it could have been the next Pontiac GTO. We drive this 400-hp full-size coupe from Australia and dream of what might have been.

if GM produced cars like this for its mass markets, it would definately pull more costumers from other brands... Id definately get one after I finish college. I wouldn't give up my Monte Carlo though... just finished putting a supercharger on the 3800 NA. I never understood why GM didnt put the 3800 S/C in the SS for 00-03. It took them till 04 to do it.

Nat Berman For those of you who like Camaros. Check out this awesome look at Camaro commercials throughout the years!

The Chevy Camaro is a car that has been in existence since 1967, and obviously, in all these 42 years of its existence, it has been promoted through

The fact that the Commodore/ Caprice are not sold in NA is a travesty that typlifies GM. We put up with the outdated Impala because " I'm not a fan of rebadging" and "a business case can't be made"? Then why are we getting a "police only" Caprice? Look at your own pics of the Caprice, Commodore Sports wagon, and the ne...w Astra. These are the cars we need. The Cruze is a step up, but the Asta is a leap up. Why are we always stuck with second best?Read more

Rick, the Caprice is coming, but as a cop car first. I think GM wanted to let a little bit of time pass between the cancellation of the G8 and the introduction of a Chevy-badged Zeta sedan so that they wouldn't be accused of rebadging.

Think about it, though. The Commodore is only slightly bigger than the Malibu. And the Impala is currently GM's ... Read morebest-selling passenger car. GM doesn't want to replace the well-selling Impala with a rebadge of a car that never sold more than 30k in a year.

That's why the Caprice is the better solution for Chevy. Though I think they'll be replacing the Impala with a LWB FWD Epsilon II, as well.

I agree. Being realistic, I wouldn't say this should tarnish an otherwise favourable public image. But now they are having a little taste of how things/issues etc. can magnify with the size of the company. Not meant as a debate but rather a thought.

Mohammed Bawazir

Mohammed Bawazir I hope, GM can get us a similer fans group especially for GM Middle-East. This is going to be very helpful marketing strategy for Middle-East region. Hiroshi & Osamu Group is not sufficient and porfessional. It's only about Chevy (There is nothing about Caddy and GMC)

This is allll about trucks. In the future, Alot of trucks and even cars will probably be going diesle. Why not do it. There is huge demand for it! Please build the Duramax. Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon need a 6-speed automatic tranny and a Di 3.6 liter V6 before they can show the Tacoma some competition. How about a d...iesel option also like you offer in other countries. The de-tuned 5.3 liter option also needs a 6-speed auto. Take care of those speed bumbs and the Colorado/Canyon will have every corner covered in the small pickup market. Whoever is reading this, Please build the Duramax, it would really show everyone that your focused on moving ahead and being much wiser.Read more
