I haven't tried any of these, but the New York Times tested out some fancy tonics a while ago.
I was recently on a very similar quest for HFCS-free tonic water, and discovered that the Whole Foods house brand uses real sugar. How its quinine level compares to other brands I couldn't tell you, but I've never found anything else without corn syrup.
