It was midnight and raining. I looked outside to see him soaking wet, shivering, and holding flowers. We are still together. His love GMH.
GivesMeHope (GMH) Today, my husband and I were fighting because he forgot to send out our bills. Afterwards there was an eerie silence. Our 3 year old came by and said, “Now, make up.” She made us hold hands and sing the whole Barney’s “I love you, you love me” song. We laughed the rest of the day about it. She GMH.

Today, she came downstairs with a fake mustache, my jacket, my old glasses, and a “World’s Best Dad” T-shirt. She was going as me. GMH
GivesMeHope (GMH) Last week, a very hateful group announced that would be protesting outside my college's center for Jewish life. They planned to carry hateful signs and to jeer at Jewish students. When they arrived, they were met by 1,000 students and professors standing in the rain, and left quickly because they could not be heard over the songs of love. It GMH
Brigitte The other day I found the message, “You are beautiful!” on my bathroom mirror. It turns out that my husband reads your website’s messages and was inspired by the posting of a woman who placed this message in various places. Our marriage is 14 years young and we have 4 children (ages 2, 3, 4, and 13). Every time I see his message, it automatically translates in my mind as “You are loved!” Your website GMH!

Our generation doesn't see Germany as a threat or a problem, the way our parents' generation did. In fact, we find the suggestion ludicrous. Goes to show that peace really can be made and sometimes even global problems really can be solved. GMH
