We are Refugee Week 2009 & we want everyone to do at least 1 of our 20 Simple Acts, to make a big change to how refugees are perceived.
The Simple Acts campaign is about using small, everyday actions to change the way we see and interact with refugees.
It is made up of 20 actions that can be done by anyone and that encourage us to learn and do more with refugees. If you and I and everyone we know did just one of these simple acts, we'd be on our way to creating the kind of world we all want to live in.
Every journey begins with a single step and it is with simple acts of kindness, generosity and empathy that we can begin the change.
