Two exclusive opportunities for young dancers....
1. Easter ZooSkool
WHEN: Monday 13 – Friday 17 April 2009
WHERE: ISTD Dance Studios, Old Street, London
The chance to learn from the ZooNation company dancers who starred in West End show Into the Hoods. This intensive week-long Easter School will teach you a variety of H...ip Hop dance styles from a variety of different teachers. Each teacher will introduce you to their individual style and help build your skills and become a more versatile dancer. Friends and parents are invited to attend an informal show on Friday afternoon. Places are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.
Styles covered: Popping, Locking, Old Skool, Nu Skool and Breaking and confirmed teachers include Teneisha Bonner (Spinderella) and Jeffery Felicisimo (Giant and Ugly Sister). More to be announced!
Cost: £200 for the whole week

2. ZooSkool
WHEN: Every Saturday
WHERE: Urdang Academy, Finsbury Town Hall, London
ZooSkool is a weekly Hip Hop training school for dancers under 16. Taking place every Saturday from 11pm - 2pm at Urdang Academy in North London, ZooSkool offers 3 hours of expert dance tuition from ZooNation company members who are all professional dancers. Participants are taught the foundations of Hip Hop dance and can progress at their own pace through beginner, intermediate and advanced levels
ZooSkool helps dancers build on their own individual strengths and provides a strong basic training in Hip Hop dance, allowing young people to become strong, versatile dancers with their own unique style.
