Kathryn J. and Michelle L-C., well said. Animal lovers, did you miss the part where the man who owned those animals is now 95 and unable to bring them? If you all want the animals back, rent a trailer and pick them up. Or wander on down to the cattle barn. Or the swine barn. Or, you know, the other petting zoo. I don't think the fair is suffering ... Read morefrom a lack of animals!

Jimmy, wine does not equal drunken debauchery. Wine does not automatically mean "not child friendly". And for arguements sake- as long as the kids were safe and having fun, would it really matter if the Fun Forest *was* sponsered by Miller Lite? Who cares? It's not like they'd be putting on shows about the joys of childhood drunkenness and passing out blue raspberry daquiris with prizes at the bottom.
