The Manning Centre for Building Democracy is a conservative-oriented 'do tank' to equip future grassroots activists and political leaders with the ideas, skills and networks necessary to make an effective contribution to Canadian politics.

- Tom Flanagen - Former Campaign Manager for the Conservative Party of Canada
- Richard Ciano - Former Conservatie Party Vice President and founder of Conservative Campaign University
- Rod Love - Campaign Manager to former Alberta Premier Ralph Klein
- David Akin - National Affairs Correspondent for CanWest News Service
- Stephen Taylor - Founder of Blogging Tories, social media expert
