Veronique de Rugy points to John Taylor's blog, which says that only 0.3 %( out of 5.7%) GDP growth between the 1st and 2nd quarter can be attributed to stimulus spending. In other words, the effects of the stimulus are minimal and most of the spending isn't really going to "shovel ready" projects afterall. What are your thoughts?
