NthWalesPolice: Looking at skills gaps and posts today, we are measuring what we need for NWP for next twelve months we are welcoming transferees
NthWalesPolice: I visited Deeside police station today, good to see some of the staff, most were out and about though.
NthWalesPolice: so I am going to rename this and continue to tweet within my new role which has a very grand title of "Head of Leadership and Development"
NthWalesPolice: I spoke with Mark today, the new inspector at Deeside, he is going to use the NWP site to do a blog the same as the other inspectors
NthWalesPolice: No tweets for a while! I am now away from Deeside, on a Firearms Commanders course. I will of course mention this site to Mark again.
