Anne Artiste-Cullen I read in Cleo that this is because of adrenalin. Although I read it in Cleo, it was actually quite descriptive and it talked about a lifestyle that has a bad sleep cycle. Ie. Such as sleeping as if dead and then waking up tired but wide awake; the body functions using adrenalin. To cure it you simply find a balance in... life and sleep by having a regular cycle..although I cbb at times and sleep whenever I feel like so this is the result. >>" Thank goodness uni is over for now.
