Tim Ruzziconi I am so thrilled that I found you at the Plymouth Farmers Market a few months ago. I have been telling everyone I know about you! I grew up on veal as a child and have really missed it, but not any more!!! Am loving the cheese too. Will be ordering more come payday!! Good work guys!

Nick Bentley Fantastic veal chops! The best I've had to create with for sure. Another four converts to the sweetest meat. Well done Jon and Vicky. Our Issie devoured her steaks and wanted more, not bad for a 2 year old!

Helen Williamson Well done for the nomination. Are you intending to come to Oxford soon? If not I will put in a mail order.

I heard a little rumour that Jon and Vicky's veal is to be cooked tonight by Valentine Warner on this programme

Stephen Bowden I picked up a boned rolled breast of veal at the Food & Drink Festival yesterday. Slow roasted with an onion, a couple of carrots and a generous slug of cider it was wonderful. Escalopes tonight. Yum.

Leon Malhomme de la Roche yum yum

Helen Williamson Really good video...didn't work last time i tried it but Hannah has obviously sorted it out...she borrowed my laptop for a couple of weeks after hers crashed. Great to see you yesterday...hope you sold out.

Kay Plunkett-Hogge The best veal ever. Keep up the amazing work.

Matthew Kalupka Unaccoustomed as I am to writing about veal I just love it battered then crumbed - beautiful.

Donny As a huge fan of Veal, i am nearly always downbeat whenever i have tried veal in a restaurant in the UK. I found the best Veal in Italy, unfortunately it's at a little place in Milan. Then i discovered Bocaddon and i can now have superb Veal delivered to my kitchen. Best of luck with everything and keep up the hard work!

Iain Hi Jon, Vicky and family. Really cool facebook page and I love the documentary, I have just been writing about it on the food4myholiday.com blog http://food4myholiday.blogspot.com/. See you tomorrow, all the best, Iain

Shelley England I'm a vegetarian myself - but I don't hate meateaters or think people shouldn't eat meat (it's just not for me) and I applaud what you're doing. It would be nice if all meat production was so ethical x
