everybody! As a graduate of the Film and TV Academy Potsdam-Babelsberg,
Germany (specialism: Film and Television Production) I have the
opportunity to do a practice-orientated internship in GB with the
LEONARDO DA VINCI-Program of the EU. From 12/2009 to 05/2010 I will stay in Bournemouth and I am currently and
urgent...ly looking for a work placement in acompany/institution in the
area of FILM (especially production,distribution, PR, marketing,
filmtheatre, etc.) or in the fields of MEDIA, ART and CULTURE in
Bournemouth or surroundings. So far I have been unable to find a
suitable company. I would appreciate if you could provide me with some
tips, recommendations or references! Many thanks in advance for your

BBC Radio Five Live's Victoria Derbyshire show is doing a live debate with politicians and members of the the public, when the Lib Dem party conference comes to Bournemouth for its annual conference.
The show will take place from 1000 to 1300 on Monday September 21st, at the Carrington House Hotel, and it will broadcas...t live on the radio.
We'll be talking about manifestos and policies ahead of the General Election next year. We will have a panel of politicians and we are looking for 150 members of the public who feel strongly about policies and who would like to take part in the discussion. They don't have to be experts they just have to talk about how policies affect them and what they want. It would great to hear your views and any topics you'd like to raise at the debate.
