Mike Carter My son, who now teaches English in Japan, used to love this when we lived in the UK, and later on SKY when we were in Germany with NATO. Doesn't take CGI and noise to make a good programme ..... just imagination and great writing.

Rachel Lowe in response to aron thompson .your right there i loved the programmes i used to watch as a child i am am nearly 21 now and i think some of the programmes nowadays are rubbish. i used to love come outside, the trap door, the shoe people, button moon. and brum (which is still played on tv today.) and i used to read the poddington peas. i great collection of stories.
