NthWalesPolice: No tweets for a while! I am now away from Deeside, on a Firearms Commanders course. I will of course mention this site to Mark again.

NthWalesPolice: Did anybody go along to the Neighbourhood Policing Panel in Connah's Quay last week? I made some big changes to the process, any feedback?

NthWalesPolice: @Emma_Michelle they are out of date,I get up to the minute figures as you would expect-they are looking better -our partnerships are working

NthWalesPolice: Looking at skills gaps and posts today, we are measuring what we need for NWP for next twelve months we are welcoming transferees

NthWalesPolice: I visited Deeside police station today, good to see some of the staff, most were out and about though.

NthWalesPolice: so I am going to rename this and continue to tweet within my new role which has a very grand title of "Head of Leadership and Development"

DeesidePolice: Plus, Mark smiled - "over the moon on his promotion" he has been an inspector for a while, it was me that said that.

DeesidePolice: NPP = Neighbourhood Policing Panel, we have made some really good changes to how we manage the panels - feedback has been really positive.

DeesidePolice: NPP in Golftyn/Central wards in Connah's Quay last night,a few parking issues were raised,some ASB issues for us to resolve too.Good meeting

DeesidePolice: Nice stroll around the patch with the new inspector, meeting a few of our community leaders. Lost my hat a few times in the wind!
