In 2000, almost all world governments came together to create the UN Millennium Development and Education For All Goals, which aimed to secure a healthier world, free from disease and poverty. These include a pledge to end poverty through making sure every child can receive education by 2015. They promised to make sure... there was enough money and that the policies were in place to make it a reality.
