Ben Corner "There is a art, it says, or rather, a knack to flying, the knack lies in learning to throw yourself at the ground and miss."

Giles Wood A genius taken before his time - DA was Dirk Gently - it's a shame we will never be able to time travel, I'd love to go back to meet him.

Ethan Turkeltaub "Humans are not proud of their ancestors and rarely invite them round to dinner."

John Hutchinson I was not drunk per say it was just a mild inability to stand up.

Barbara Lechner I am reading "An other thing", it is not bad, but it is not douglas Adams way to write. i miss some special things,it is not the same.

Lana Ignatious Jones Zaphod could not possibly do a worse job than most of our world leaders are already doing.

Claire Brown My favourite author of all time. Truly brilliant.

Kershia Naidoo H2G2 simply made my, little, world vastly more interesting. Douglas Adams love forever.

"O freddled gruntbuggly thy micturations are to me
As plured gabbleblochits on a lurgid bee.
Groop, I implore thee my foonting turlingdromes.
nd hooptiously drangle me with crinkly bindlewurdles,
Or I will rend thee in the gobberwarts with my blurlecruncheon, see if I don’t."

Zaphod: "I want you to imagine...that I have an extremely powerful Kill-O-Zap blaster pistol in my hand."
<SILENCE>
Krikkit Robot: "You do have a Kill-O-Zap blaster pistol in your hand."
<MORE SILENCE>
Zaphod: "Yeah? Well I wouldn't want to overtax your imagination, robot."

Ed Chambers Somedays I wish I had a babelfish, so I could understand what people are REALLY saying.

Sandy What! No discussion of the TWO video games he worked on? H2G2 was one of the first adventure games I ever played, and Starship Titanic is HILARIOUS, complete with cameo appearances of the master, himself!

Brad Bogar Have loved Douglas Adams from the very first I read HH2G. Just read And Another Thing and am suitably underwhelmed as DNA didnt write it. However am now obsessively listening to the A-Z of Douglas Adams at the BBC - good stuff!
