Endurance Planet When you go through a motivational low-point in your training, is it best to take a complete break until it comes back (the passion)? My tendency...pull back a little on the training, watch your nutrition, stay reasonably fit...and when your fire returns you'll still be in a reasonably good place to launch off.

Endurance Planet Can I share? After my fall goal marathon I took a full week off and then did minimal running this week. By Thursday evening I was a grumpy, less-than-peaceful, unproductive mess. A simple 5-miler before work this morning set everything right. Could this be the problem with many people and many communities...just the need for a little pre-day blood flow?
