Vassilis I eat raw garlic because I like it but also for its health benefits. I read though that much of the garlic sold in US grocery stores is irradiated and thus is 'dead' and consequently has few or no health benefits at all. Does anyone know how to tell which is irradiated and which is not? Thnx.
