Mandy Fowlkes is hoping Hurricane Ida doesn't put a damper on travel plans of the Ironman of Florida. Safe travels to all!! I volunteered at the Massage Tent for Ironman Florida this weekend. It was my first time at such a spectacular event. EVERYONE was amazing. I will definitely be back next year and every year after that :) Congratulations to every individual IRONMAN!

Selina Humnycki seems to never learn her lesson..... went out planning an 8 miler this morning so didn't take water... but the weather was beautiful (cold - but totally clear - great running weather) so tacked on an extra couple miles and came back completely dehydrated. Every time I do that I swear I wiull never again go running without my H3O and then I go do it again... DARN!

Hey all, I am really at my wits end here so I thought I'd just post this up on the wall and see if anyone can help me with my queries... I am from Singapore and I'll be heading up to Florida to participate in the upcoming 70.3 Championships (Woopee!!) I'll be headed to International Drive in Orlando after my race... b...ut I don't know whats the cheapest and best way to travel from clearwater to orlando... Any advice?? Feel free to drop me a message!!!
