ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL JAKE FANS: It’s almost three years ago since I heard a young singer/songwriter who would change my life, his music was so emotionally powerful it gave me goosebumps and his vocals simply blew me away, although the introduction wouldn't be until the next evening I was already looking up info about th...is guy on the internet, never in all the gigs I had been to had anyone made such a huge impact.
My life certainly changed from that moment and I’ve watched and heard this young man many, many times since that first night both recorded and live, I've seen him grow musically and vocally, and become a great live performer, he has a gift, the gift of natural talent he takes words puts them to music and creates some of the most beautiful and emotional songs I've ever heard, he is a truly awesome songwriter.
Jake Hook creates songs that can be interpreted in many ways, and has made me feel emotional on many levels from joy to sorrow, from laughter to tears, it’s been a wonderful and varied road following his career and I run two pages dedicated to just that (this one and also myspace).
Now with the hugely successful ‘Coming Home’ album by The Soldiers added to his profile, I feel now is his time, and new opportunities are sure to come his way, I still believe there is no other greater talent out there that deserves massive success more in his future and although it has been a great experience for me following Jake and supporting him continuously, situations in my life have changed and I can no longer run these pages with the love and attention they need.

Coming Home Enters UK Chart
Three serving soldiers have made history by having a hit album. Coming home entered the UK Album Chart today at number 4, having sold well in excess of 50k. Congratulations to The Soldiers but especially to our lovely Jake who programmed the album, co-wrote both original songs on the album and appears throughout the album as a guest vocalist. Well done Jake, so very proud of you
