Hey all, uploaded some more pics including vital proof that we made it all the way... http://www.flickr.com/photos/28276768@N0 6/

John O'Groats To Lands End
We've just cycled 150 miles, way above the 100 we had planned to do. Feeling ok but my knees hurt a little and I am extremely tired. Reason for the extra mileage was we wanted to try and make it to Ians mate's (Martin) house. He filled us up with noodles and coffee. We've turfed out Martin's daughter Katie and have pil...ed our luggage in there. Had a shower and now ready for bed. By the by I've uploaded some photo's to flickr so check them out.Read more

John O'Groats To Lands End The day has finally come, tomorrow we are boarding a sleeper train bound for Inverness, a short car journey from there to John O'Groats arriving around midday. Get peddling on Sunday! Follow all the action on http://www.jogtole.com ... and hopefully here also, but more likely to be able to update the main site whilst on the move

John O'Groats To Lands End I'm staring at my computer screen in a daze trying to remember why I switched it on in the first place... I've just returned from a 100 mile round trip to Farnham in Surrey, it should have been slightly shorter but I got lost on many occasions. So tired, I might just sleep in this chair.

John O'Groats To Lands End Well managed the cycle up to Farnham today... just... I even managed a better time. Did it in just under 3 hours, but was kind of helped by the fact I didn't get a puncture this time. I must admit I now feel incredibly drained and I've only done around 120 miles in two days. I say 'only' because we have to do an average of a 100 every day for 11 days. Getting more scared by the minute.

Cycled down to Bournemouth today, it seemed further but it was a round trip of 73.8 miles. Tomorrow I'm cycling up to Farnham again, so another 40. Question is will I be able to sit on the saddle tomorrow? ... 50/50. Uploaded a couple of Bournemouth pics and heres the route I took down there...

John O'Groats To Lands End Woohoo... our totaliser now stands at £715, thats awesome! Still a little way off our £3000 target so keep the donations coming, and thanks for everyones continued support.

Part 1 - Tarbet to Helensburgh or Kilcreggan We have a choice to make depending where we found to stay. Either follow down Loch Lomond (A82) then fork right to Helensburgh, to catch ferry to Gourock. Or, follow the A814 down alongside Loch Long on to Kilcreggan and catch the ferry there...

Basically just follow the A82 for 78 miles. Takes us through Fort William, where we should get good views of Ben Nevis, cloud permitting. Every time I’ve been there it has tipped down with rain!. ...

Probably the most scenic of all the days, though a testing 104 miles. Heading largely south we pass alongside Dornach Firth and Cromarty Firth, through Dingwall (chance of some local support!) and carry on south till we reach Loch Ness by pituresque Urqhart Castle...

We set off heading West along the A836, take a diversion off to visit Dunnet Head ( the most northerly point in mainland Britain). Back on the A836, right through Thurso, following the coast to Bettyhill...
