KID CHAN Event: Basic Digital Photography Course by KIDCHAN & TEAM 3!

Digital cameras have made photography a breeze in today’s world, but while they are easy and convenient to use, the results are not always what you expect.

The Basic Digital Photography Course by Kid Cha...n and Team was first held in March 2009 and returned in September 2009. Due to popular demand, it will be held again in November 2009.

The course will cover several topics including:

* Introduction to digital photography;
* Basic camera control;
* Exposure – learn about aperture and shutter speed;
* Depth of field
* How ISO speed affects your pictures;
* Picture composition and framing;
* Focusing techniques.

Due to the semi-formal nature of the class, topics that are not listed can be covered to help participants take better pictures for the various uses and events.

All participants are required to bring along with them their digital cameras, be it a digital SLR camera or a digital point-and-shoot camera with manual mode, and lots of enthusiasm to learn!

The course is priced at RM680 and includes lunch and two coffee breaks. Earlybirds who register before November 15 will only have to pay RM600 for the course.

Participants are required to pay a 50% downpayment to ensure their slot, with the balance due a week before the course. Cash, credit cards and cheques are accepted while Maybank and HSBC card users have the option of using an interest-free Easy Payment Plan (up to 12 months).
