The event industry's version of The X Factor - the Next Big Thing - was won yesterday (23 September) by a comedian with a routine based around the premise he is an illegal immigrant.

After last year’s overwhelming success, Kev Orkian is back in LA with his new STIMULUS SHOW premiering October 2, 2009 at 8pm at Alex Theatre (216 North Brand Blvd., Glendale 91203). Artists for Kids and Glendale Arts are presenting this one night only performance, with proceeds from the event going to both Glendale-ba...sed non-profit organizations.
Kev has raised thousands of dollars for a variety of charities in the US and around the globe, including the Willow Charity for Bob Wilson, Safe hands for David Seaman, NSPCC, Armenian Orphans, BFF, various Children’s hospice, Glendale Medical Association USA, Bobby Moore Fund, to name a few.
The performance is approximately 2 hours with no intermission and will be performed in both English and Armenian.
