Lee Lin Chin was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, of Chinese extraction. She was educated in Singapore and, with no formal training in broadcasting, began her career there by joining a pool of announcers on Singapore's national radio and TV station.

If we thought of the body not as and individual, but as an ecosystem, we could take the next step toward better knowing how to care for ourselves and our planet and narrow the gap we have created between our society and nature. This will encourage greater global balance and foster an appreciation for inner balance.
