Larrie Lajau hi MASwings, i have a friend who had trouble with her online flight booking last sunday. she bought a return MKM-KCH-MKM flight, and paid using maybank2u.com. The payment had been made, however, she encountered a problem when the page said the was a problem with her payment, therefore the last page that displays the bo...oking number cant be processed, but the payment had been made (her maybank account had been deducted.) she had tried to call maswings 1300883000 numerous times but cant get through, she was kept on hold until the calls were disconnected by themselves. How can she enquire about her problem? please assist, thanks.
