Lagerfeld, Stella, Cavalli, V&R, & Comme were all great high-street hits. Racks at the 5th Ave. H&M were cleared out by noon (of the items you would want most). So, if you don't go early...well at least the items will be on ebay 2 hours later for 5 times the price.

The women’s collection is set to hit selected H&M store...s on April 23, 2009, followed by another range for women and men in mid-May. The “exclusive” women’s range would be carried in about 200 stores, with the second delivery slated for all of its 1,700 stores.

With the exception of two blurry photos of the women's line, a preview of the collection at this moment is being withheld by H&M. A couple of the items mentioned for the men's line:
-gray leather (likely faux) jacket with studs
-bright green cutoff shorts with studs
-graphic shirts - think stained glass
-patterned piping on suit
