Montezuma's Chocolates

Montezuma's Chocolates We have had great feedback for us from loyal Chichester customers on the latest competition a few doors away. Keep the news coming!

Montezuma's Chocolates

Montezuma's Chocolates HELP! Yola has been snatched by a competitor and the cakes are no more!

Yola, the chocolate cake and bake professor for Montezuma's was caught up in a kipnap today. It is suspected a competitor may be dealing on the dark side!

Sorry, but the diabetic chocolate issue is not a happy one for us. We don't like the idea of it and thinkit is misleading and very unhelpful to diabetics. This is a quote from Diabetes UK . . . Diabetic chocolate is not recommended – they offer no benefit for people with diabetes. Ordinary chocolate can be included as a limited part of any healthy balanced diet.

Thanks for the reply very much appreciated. I shall tell those that have asked me just to buy my hampers with Montezumas chocolate in them, but don't eat too much at once! (I know that difficult!) Many thanks

Montezuma's Chocolates

Montezuma's Chocolates As we type this unusual Sunday night update, we have no less than ten people doing the final 'road test' in the two part Christmas cake. Rave reviews so far, especially the milk chocolate section with rich ganache and honeycomb! More progress tomorrow.

Montezuma's Chocolates

Montezuma's Chocolates We have decided to make the cakes in two completely seperate layers, either to be cut as one or lifted into two cakes; one aimed at the grown up and another aimed at the kids. Both totally encased in a thick chocolate shell. The ultimate family Christmas cake! Professor Cake (Yola) has been playing with various ganaches and mixes and we will be producing our final samples today.

Montezuma's Chocolates

Montezuma's Chocolates This is a first for us. We are going to show our fans how we develop a new product and how fast we get it into the shops. Several customers suggested we do a 'very special' chocolate Chirstmas cake. So here we go . . .

If you are local we would really like to hear your comments.

Montezuma's Chocolates We have had some fun with our very own 'firework' in chocolate cake experiment in the car park. Only just dark and don't try it at home! Have a fun tonight if you're off to a bonfire. Take some chocolate to keep warm!

Chocolate 'better than kissing'! Chocolate came out top in the test when it comes to tongues, melting chocolate is better than a passionate kiss, scientists have found. Couples in their 20s had their heart rates and brains monitored whilst they first melted chocolate in their mouths and then kissed. Chocolate caused a ...more intense and longer lasting "buzz" than kissing, and doubled volunteers' heart rates.Read more

Montezuma's Chocolates Someone just sent us this. Very amusing but surely it depends who you are kissing. Comments please!
