Yola, the chocolate cake and bake professor for Montezuma's was caught up in a kipnap today. It is suspected a competitor may be dealing on the dark side!

Montezuma's Chocolates As we type this unusual Sunday night update, we have no less than ten people doing the final 'road test' in the two part Christmas cake. Rave reviews so far, especially the milk chocolate section with rich ganache and honeycomb! More progress tomorrow.

Montezuma's Chocolates We have decided to make the cakes in two completely seperate layers, either to be cut as one or lifted into two cakes; one aimed at the grown up and another aimed at the kids. Both totally encased in a thick chocolate shell. The ultimate family Christmas cake! Professor Cake (Yola) has been playing with various ganaches and mixes and we will be producing our final samples today.

Montezuma's Chocolates An interesting day today! in our home town, an arch rival has opened a store a few doors away. This is the second, so a A King's Indian Attack for those who are into chess. The first time resulted in a substantial increase in trade for our store, so we waiting to see what the lovely people of Chichester think of the competitions chocolate.
