My Chihuahua was rescued by the OSPCA. She was found in a puppy mill sucking on a dead mother. She was the only puppy to survive. She's had a lot of health problems and has had 2 knee surgeries, one on each leg. She's not a well dog and one eye was weak, and now blind in that eye.
