Peugeot, a disgusting and shameless company, that has no clue what customer service is, never mind a solid motor car.

Bearing in mind the 1500 grace km that Peugeot gives for the service intervals, I called Peugeot woodmead for a service, only to find that I could only get a booking 9 days later. When the day... Read more eventually came my mileage was 1 km over the grace period, and PEUGEOT refused to service the car under the service plan, a plan that I have paid for! Conveniently forgetting that I was ready to service the car 9 days earlier.
I scraped together money to pay for the service and returned the car the following week. The car now also had a loud noise in the engine. Thinking not to worry because my car is less than 3 yrs, the engine parts should fall under warranty. WRONG!!! 8 days later with no feedback and no courtesy car, Peugeot now decided that because my car had been brought in for a service 1 km to late the warranty can no longer be applied. What type of car is this that is so fragile that 1 km overdue brings it to a grinding halt. What type of company is this that steals money from customers due to their own operational and product inefficiencies? I’m now expected to pay 8k!Stay away from Peugeot, I used to love my car, I now can’t stand the sight of it.moloi_mp@mtn.co.za
