I think photobox is getting better however 2 areas I think you need to look at. Business users, and customer care... you could do with having business accounts for heavy users... and your customer care really needs improving, 10 days to get a refund and even then it went on as a cash credit... £200 sat in my photobox a...ccount and im not allowed it as a refund... bit unfair really.. Im sure I will spend it on photobox as your products are quality but i dont need anything for a while now... but keep up the great product range.Read more
