Two enlightening and interactive talks were given by guest speakers Kate Rigby of Kate Rigby Associates and Anne Draper of Advantage Consultancy.
Topics covered included understanding people, the difference between men and women in business, tell tale signs for what customers are really thinking; knowing what to say and how to react to different personality types as well as tips on how to keep customers happy.
