I wrote about this on Gamesbrief. Marvel's main characters were all created over 40 years ago. Disney has bought a "mine" of intellectual property, and this deal will have little effect on the new breed of comic content emerging all the time. In other words, I don't think it will change anything for us.

Also, if the government wanted to control the masses, they'd use a virus that cannot be vaccinated. This is not the case with H1N1. Therefore, if the government wanted to control the masses, they really did a horrible job choosing a virus that we already have vaccinations for.
