I was at the ocri office today and I am the one looking for help with blogging and linking our website to the blog.

However, for our Pure Iron Athletics line we need to know if that is the same route we should be taking. Here is the site www.pureironathletics.com We want to add a blog mainly for a source for our customers that dont have facebook or twitter and want to share their thoughts and opinions online. This will benefit us as a brand for marketing our products better.
You also said a good idea for us was to use facebooks ADS and I was hoping to get some more information on that from you.
