World Builder I talked last night with Lee on Blog Talk Radio. We spoke about VFX work, 405 and a bit about World Builder. I was the 2nd guest so the interview starts about 25-30 minutes in.

World Builder We've been playing around with some fun 3D Stereoscopic tests here in the studio lately. Dig out your Red/Blue 3D glasses if you've got them.

World Builder Are you reading things like this, Hollywood? I see posts like this almost every day still.

It ain't been easy for the movie industry lately.Sure, taking your family to the movies is still one of the cheapest things you can do and usually movies don't do too bad even when the economy is lousy. ...

World Builder The success of "District 9" in terms of small budget, indie, VFX films is great news for us! And "Time Traveler's Wife" is out performing expectation, too, which is also terrific news for our sci-fi/romance market nitch.

World Builder Daft #1 of the screenplay is finished! "How far would you go to get her back?"

World Builder A few months back you guys gave me some awesome suggestions for music in the style and mood of the short. I have been listening to this Pandora station a lot as we've been developing the film. It is mostly environmental, instrumental chill music.

World Builder Hi Everyone. Great things are happening! But I wanted to take time to let you guys get a taste of a couple of pages of the World Builder feature script. It is more heavily redacted than most CIA memos, but I can't give a way some plot points just yet. Not much, but I hope you all like it -- Bruce Branit

World Builder I found this as I was going through some old files. Might be of very minor interest to somebody. This is the final shot list for World Builder. This was after the cut was locked solid. This was used to track shot numbers, for final notes to myself and as a running to-do list.

World Builder Great things, everyone! Great things! As I am putting the final touches on the last act of the World Builder feature, I am SO excited about where this is going. I hope we get to make it, because, my Lord!!! I want to see it!!!!!

World Builder In this movie is a small cut of World Builder showing 1) an original animatic from before the shoot, 2) the rough first assembly, 3)the final greenscreen footage, and4) the final shots. Let us know if there would be interest to see the whole film that way. Maybe as a DVD/Blueray feature.

World Builder I am working hard on the outline and notes for making World Builder into a feature length film. If anyone has any new music that fits the mood of World Builder, I would love some inspiration, while writing.

World Builder We did an interview with Aaron Barnhart of th KC Star about 2 months ago, and it just came out. The interview was more about Lost than World Builder as it had not gone viral yet, but he added the latest news into this piece.

Here’s a story that’s typical of the crazy media business I now find myself in. Recently I visited the Crossroads loft of Bruce Branit, a local visual effects artist, to see some of the amazing work he has been doing for TV.

There have been hundreds of comments on other boards about the greenscreen and the keying in World Builder. Allow me to comment briefly......

World Builder World Builder was partially inspired by a trip my wife and I took to Paris. And this mag/reporter was based "en France," so this "making of" is my favorite.
