My brother Jason, from Just Say On submited a photo to Schmap (see widget, sidebar), from an art show I did with Sol Studio at the Gladstone Hotel.
Potato, three cheese blend, onion (carmelized first), some seasoning...boiled first then fried in butter and garlic. yup, good. The dough can be made any number of ways, so, go ahead and google that.
