Hi - I'm from the UK. Today I was in a meeting with the Home Secretary of the UK, Alan Johnstone.


I was wearing this tshirt as I asked Alan:
"What will it take for a powerful ploitician like him to realise that the War on Drugs had been a failure?"



His reply "I will admit it was a failure when it had failed."



He then expanded on his argument - but unfortunately I did not get the opportunity to respond.
