T17 put out four new videos of Alien Breed Evolution this morning, in celebration of the fact the sci-fi shooter’s now confirmed for a December 16 release. Get them after the break. It’s to cost 800 MSP, and PS3 and Steam versions will follow in 2010. This is the first part in a trilogy.

lol frogger, it's basically like the old contra 3 (snes ftw) but 3d?? say that earlier dawg!

looks better than L4D, replay value should be good, have Steam handle the online play is your best bet? unlike mw2 don't shun the hardcore gamers, although its probs a defo buy anyway ;D

Elliot, the direction of that game was largely from the publisher we were working with. The new game was originally planned as a full retail game but since we moved to digital only, decided to complete it and release via WiiWare. Whereas WASO was too dumbed down, the new title has a much more classic worms feel, along with a new flavour in terms of the single player game, campaign, etc.

We've not released ANY information about release dates.

Thanks to its Worms series, most gamers will have played a Team 17 game at some point in their lives. But there's more to Team 17 than Worms, which is what Alien Breed Evolution will prove, the Xbox Live Arcade update of one of the studio's oldest classics. ...

yeah it was a good review alhough as mentioned before i dont think the reviewer played the previous games, reviewers these days. I'm still looking fwd to it more than ever. Although was there any reason for the drastic change in the way the aliens look? Would like to have seen the old aliens return.
