Stars annoncent une performance montréalaise le 28 novembre au Metropolis. Le groupe présentera son nouvel E...P qui a été composé et enregistré l'été dernier au Studio Plateau à Montréal.

Le 1er septembre dernier, Stars ont fait paraître Sad Robots exclusivement sur le site Web www.sadrobots.ca. Une nouvelle version live de la chanson "Going, Going, Gone", une des plus appréciées des fans, extraite du premier album du groupe, Nightsongs, est également disponible en téléchargement gratuit et exclusif via le même site.

Stars vont démontrer la beauté et l'émotion de Sad Robots avec un nouveau spectacle qui continuera d'exploiter l'esthétique de la théâtralité de la vie. Entourés d'éléments visuels en relation avec le thème de l'album Sad Robots, le groupe présentera des chansons venant de leurs quatre albums dont In Our Bedroom After The War, qui a été nominé aux Prix Polaris 2008. Pour ceux qui auront la chance d'obtenir des billets, des copies physiques du Sad Robots EP seront disponibles en édition limitée.

Stars have announced a performance in their home town of Montreal, November 28 at Metropolis in support of a new EP which features all new songs, written and recorded this past summer in Montreal at Studio Plateau.

Stars introduced Sad Robots, September 1 exclusively through www.sadrobots.ca. A free and all new live version of the track “Going, Going, Gone”, a fan favorite from the band’s first LP, Nightsongs, will also be available exclusively from the website via MP3 beginning that date.
Still in the throes of their theatre-as-life aesthetic and continuing to explore the art of a guarded romance, Stars will unveil the beauty and tragedy of Sad Robots with an all new live show, draped in the Sad Robots visuals while they perform songs from all four full-lengths, including 2008 Polaris Prize nominated In Our Bedroom After The War. For those lucky enough to secure tickets, a limited edition, physical copy of the Sad Robots EP will be available.
