It has proved that Interventions is working in Africa and also working in the Philippines because the infection rate is getting higher every month based from the Department of Health status reporting. I would say it is working primarly because people are more seeking voluntarily testing and counseling. Or may there are a lot of things to work and done.

As you know, the Global Fund is a financing mechanism, the implementation of GF-supported programs to fight diseases is the responsibility of the main recipients of these resources.

That said, it should not be possible that expired drugs would be bought with Global Fund resources, or would be distributed to health clinics.... See More
